Our People

The Tunnel management team brings together extensive experience in media, technology, finance, and production. Having started with a heavy tech and workflow background, Tunnel had the necessary base to roll out some of the most efficient and value creating methods of doing post production for film and TV. Building on that experience and the ability to drill down complicated technical processes to manageable pipelines, Tunnel's management then moved into film finance, software and hardware development, consulting, and production.

Key to Tunnel's success has been our team. Their dedication to our shared vision and to each other has been the foundation of a company that continues to grow while others shrink. Our talented team not only knows what they are doing, but never forget that no matter how much tech we bring to the filmmaking process, you can never replace a good story and the collaboration of good people.

While attending University of Southern California’s School of Cinema-Television Production, Mr. Jackson aided development of Final Cut for Apple. Mr. Jackson himself has continued to direct and edit content, as well as produce and bring together financing for A-level independent films. Current producing involvement includes Xavier Gens’ (Director of “Hitman”) star- studded apocalyptic tale “The Divide” which sold for a record sum at this years SXSW to Anchor Bay and Marc Forster’s (Director of “Quantum of Solace”) true-to-life adaptation “Machine Gun Preacher”, starring Gerard Butler, Michael Shannon, and Michelle Monahan. Set to be released Sept 23rd, 2011.

In addition to these blockbuster titles, Mr. Jackson is currently producing two top tier feature length documentaries as well. "One Day on Earth" (onedayonearth.org) chronicles a single day on our planet and was shot by 15,000+ participants representing every country on Earth in a first of its kind production. The other is the follow up to the multiple Emmy winning documentary, "Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired" and is currently titled "Odd Man Out".
